What kind of tools did people in the Gothic Era use to construct their architecture?
I have looked for tools that they may have used to build the cathedrals but have come up empty handed. Please help. Thanks.

- They used cranes, scaffolding and numerous types of winches in order to lift things into place. Most of the actual work would have been done with hand tools, the carpentry and stone work.
