can anybody tell me what are the best schools of architecture in Chicago?

I am a portuguese citizen and I'm thinking about joinning into an university in chicago, to make the architecture degree. But I don't know yet what are the best and if they have special programs for foreign student. I hope answer! =) tks! cheers, joao neves
