What kind of classes do you need for high school to get into architecture?

I am about to go into high school and i would like to be an architec when im out of high school. What classes should i take to get into a really great architecture school?

  1. Lots of Physics (If your school has AP Physics, you should definitely take it). Get your math level to at least Pre-Calculus (AP calculus is ideal, but don't try taking AP Calculus without first taking Pre-Calculus). Keep in mind though that AP Physics tends to be at the Calculus math level.
  2. be hardcore in math and your science classes. definetely take physics. and try and be past precal by junior year. make it so that senior year you could be taking AP calc or any harder class. get really good grades in your math and science classes. try and take architecture or building classes your junior/senior year at a local college.
