- forget books, articles, tutorials. I was a software guru and am retired now. It was all common sense that clicked. But those around me might say it was all luck. I assure you it was NOT hardwork. I never resorted to books, articles, tutorials. Thats one thing I can assure you
- First off, you don't become a guru-anything really fast. Let's cut that instant gratification feces immediately. Now, here is a link that lists examples of architecures: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Software_architecture#Architecture_examples # Client-server # Distributed computing # Peer-to-peer # Blackboard # Implicit invocation # Pipes and filters # Plugin # Monolithic system # Three-tier model Sound familiar? You probably know more about software architecture than you think. Architecture is all about how the software, and system as a whole, is laid out and how different parts of the software, and system as a whole, talk to each other.
