What is Hampton Courts architecture style during the Wolsey period?
I have to complete a little bit of coursework (due tomorrow!) and I am a little bit of trouble finding the exact style Wolsey used when building Hampton Court. I know that King Henry VIII used Gothic and Tudor decor, and Queen Elizabeth & William and Mary used Baroque, Georgian, and Renaissance architecture. What style did Cardinal Wolsey use? Thanks in advance.

- According to the site immediately below: Hampton Court Palace is built on the site of a medieval manor situated 13 miles southwest of London on the north bank of the River Thames. The first Renaissance style architecture in Tudor England was used in the design of Hampton Court. Hampton Court was built by Cardinal Thomas Wolsey between 1514 and 1528 in the style of Italian architects such as il Filarete and Leonardo da Vinci. http://www.the-tudors.org.uk/hampton-court.htm Hope this is of some help.
