what is the definition of tropical architecture and design?
could you please give some helpful references or accessible sites here in the internet. i need to conduct a research about tropical design and architecture (in asian region). thank you very much! :)

- Look in general at climate conditions of areas that are similar like Hawaii, Mexico, Thailand, etc. Although they are geographically distant, their designs are similar, high pitched roofs to shed water. Roofing material made of pond fronds overlapping. Building on stilts to capture trade winds and to avoid flooding. Building oriented in the East West direction to maximize air flow (it's humid there).
