- depends where youre looking to go jersey has richard stockton college for interior design. its an easy degree. i think you have to take some maths for architect how about a dual major?
- RISD! It's one of the top art schools in the nation. Super competitive and has the most diverse art programs. It's in Rhode Island and it's expensive and they expect A LOT from you. Also, Pratt Institute in NY- very good for architecture, SCAD-Georgia- good architecture, interior program.. Parson in NY- has a very nice program for interior design.
- Top 15 Architecture Schools as of 2007 and 2008: http://www.architectmagazine.com/industry-news.asp?sectionID=1006&articleID=602885 Those are all certified B. Arch schools by the way. If you aren't looking to get a B. Arch in 5 years and would like a B.S. or B.A. in 4 years and then get a Master's later...I would recommend UC Berkeley (highly theoretical). Good luck and email me with any questions you have of Architecture.
