Maybe in some small part of your mind you think that you're doing the right thing, but you're not doing black people any good and you're only making other people laugh at you. Edit Having white friends doesn't mean you're not a racist. Africa has been a lame duck in forwarding technology. It's not to say that they can't come up with good ideas in the future, but as it stands they've been absorbing far more than they have been contributing. So what, they came up with steel. 11. Who still says that they do? Certainly centuries ago, white people believed that because they were more advanced, they were better than blacks, and blacks needed to be civilized. Now, though, most of us realize that people are people regardless of their skin tone. While there are still fringe groups (like the KKK and Neo-Nazis) that are overtly racist, the majority aren't any more.
