risd or pratt institute?
what school would you choose? i'm taking interior designing/interior architecture andi don't know where i should take it, if i should take it at pratt or at rhode island school of design? i like pratt institute because of the location and because they teach what i'm expecting to learn while at risd, i heard that it's one of the most prestigious art school in america and the quality of education is very good, only thing i worry about is that what i see from their portfolios aren't really the structures that i want to see because they seem a bit weird from pratt institute's

- RISD is demanding in its own wacky way and I loved my time there. I'm not sure if you can get just what you need there and it sounds like you have your doubts as well. Pratt is more classic, I think although everyone from RISD would flip if I said this to them. With Pratt being in the center of interior design you may have some great opportunities and a better career boost. I paint so it didn't matter to me but it might to you. Best to you.
