designing a garden on a computer?
I am interested to take up landscaping/garden designing as a hobby. Is there any software that I could use to help, or is there any web to visit to get some idea on how to start designing gardens?

- Not too many mostly instructional because a complex 3d environment is need to show layering and different styles are endless. Tip* Check out second life because its created by users and developers and have all sort of things there (I am not a fan, nor do I have the proper video card). Its your best bet. They probably have a landscape land you can check out.
