College Majors question?
I can't make up my mind what I want to study in college. Im only a sophmore in hig school so I have time. But I want to know what you think of each I like nature, so I thought about wildlife photography. I am also considering architecture, or landscape architecture I like sports. I am thinking about communication to maybe be a sports reporter. It would be fun to be a coach, but I have my doubts about it. Then Im also thinking about criminal justice and EMT/fire science What do you think of these. What are the ups and downs. I don't want people to come on here and tell me to follow my heart or that I should'nt ask random people to decide my future. I am not, I just want to hear opinions from everyone.

- WOW you need to ask yourself what the hell you want to do. do communication.
- It's really important to consider the job opportunities that follow with each major. Out of the ones you listed, architecture and criminal justice have the most obvious and futures and jobs that are always going to be available. on the other hand, photography is really amazing!!
- Well persinally I think you should get into photography and become a photographer for national geographic thats my dream lol Its pretty cool how you can travel and still do somthing like that. I also think architecture is awesome to because i to am also into it so see how it plays our goodluck and do what you feel passion for
- so if you like nature, you have to make sure you also will like photo. try taking a class at your school..because it is ALOT more work than you might think...maybe you could go into biology or life science studies if you'd prefer that type stuff. umm architecture and landscape is alotta creativity, but if you've got it, go for it! ...criminal justice and emt, is alot of mental strength. you have to face and see things that are not pleasant and often incredibly disturbing. if you can stomach it, and you can build up the resistance, you can do it. but take science classes..or maybe an ROP class on it. ROP counts for highschool credits and you can often get an internship..its a great way to see what you enjoy..just google ROP classes and then your city name..you have plenty of time and will probably have a better idea by next year too... good luck and hope i helped :)
- Your interests are all over the place. That's good though! At least you're thinking. I suggest shadowing people in these various fields. Ask your guidance counselor/parents/any other adult you know to help you get in contact with professionals. (If you go to church, I've found that is the best place to talk to working adults in all sorts of fields that are really nice and helpful) Shadowing someone really gives you an idea of what that job truly entails. Plus it'll be a great experience to talk about in your college application.
- You WILL become a high school teacher of Business Education. Step 1: Complete bachelor's degree in Business Step 2: Complete master's degree in Education
