What are some good Ideas for an architecture portfolio?

I need 4 or so items for an architecture portfolio that exhibit creativity, but I don't want to do any more architectural drafts. Any Ideas?

Make a scale model of one of your drafts, take photos of architecture that inspire you and write an essay on it etc.
What are the data do you have? Is it computer based drawing? or hand drafted If computer based kindly do not give 2D elev / 2D sec only Plan will work good that too after give Photo Shop touches, then give an arial view, interior view, and Eye level view(s) in one sheet, Site plan with all details like landscape etc. If hand made you draftign skills too will speak hence, combine Plan, Elev and Sec in one drawing, next can be a View, master layout with all posible colours and Landscape layout
