- Honestly, interior architecture is just another name for interior design. many people have the wrong conception that int design is "decorating" and it is not. I dont want to discourage you but I should let you know that interior design/ architecture is the same as going through the sleepless nights and pain of architecture but with a less rewarding final result. If you like architecture go all the way and let your hard work pay off. As a licensed architect you will also be a licensed int. designer ;) but as an interior designer/architect you will not be able to do architecture work (therefore, less $$$) Good luck. And yes, good art/creative skills are very helpful
