What kind of architecture does this building have (link is at the description below)?

URL: http://www.iicas-unesco.org/index.php (the pic in the far right corner of the page) The building in question is the office of the International Institute for Central Asian Studies in Samarkand, Uzbekistan. I'm doing research for a novel I'm writing. My best guess is it's a Romanesque Revival. Thanks in advance!

  1. I say of art deco period.
  2. The picture is quite small. My guess would be Neo-classical rather than Romanesque Revival. While the building does have the round topped windows of the latter, it lacks the Gothic-inspired steep roof lines and has a classical triangular pediment and a symmetrical facade.
