- Think about what the Age of Faith means... it's all about religeon, God, elevating your life and your soul in the service of God to heaven. Now think about how the architecture of the churches accomplished this feeling in people when they walked into church. This is my favorite period in architecture, not only for the beauty and grandeur, but also the advancements in mechanical structure vastly creative ways to keep light streaming into the buldings without having the stone rooves collapse on the faithful. There, if you're a smart girl - I just gave you several of the answers in all that. Now think a little and be inspired!
- Tall spires= reaching towards God. Gargoyles= keeping evil spirits away.
