Architecture software?
Hi, I want to find some free software that I can like make plans for a housee, just to try it out. I want like an architect software that can allow you to make a plan put cabinets, rooms, beds, bathrooms, lamps etc.

- for prescision 2D/3D drawings in architecture, civil, mechanical etc. ther is nothing like AUTOCAD from AutoDesk. I am an architect myself and although i am still using AutoCad 2006 ther are later versions. (for a price, of course). If you are not a professional you may find this a bit complex in the beginning, but it is quite user-friendly. for 3D modelling for beginners and quick solutions and perspective there is "Google SketchUp" . you can download it for free at google.com. whole lot of goodies comes along with the free version. have a nice time buddy :-)
