gothic architecture?
what are the features of it?

- Lots of pointy turrets and pointy arched windows.
- If you're wondering what it might look like, Google it under the "images" category and you'll get a good number of photos of cathedrals that have the gothic architecture. Its an overall style that was the "in" style from the 12th century to 16th century (medieval period), covering everything from a type of printing to art form to the impressive architecture of pretty much every famous and major cathedral in Europe. Distinct features of gothic architecture would be pointed arch windows, stained glass murals, massively tall ceilings, stone gargoyles, and lots of detailed decor (carvings in the stone material of the building, stained glass windows, wooden doors, ect.) The pointed arch is really the dominant feature and is actually what gives away the entire gothic style. Lookup any medieval text and it will also have a point where most letters will just end, you can also find it in many compositions in art from the medieval times.
