Is hogwarts (the school in harry potter) an example of gothic architecture?
i'm doing a presentation and need an example that everyone would know of.

- Well some parts of the school...yeah I would call it that :) Or maybe the Reims Cathedral (the Hunchback of notradam building :)
- The Harry Potter castle is actually named Alnwick Castle ( you might need to know that for your presentation) it has been inhabited since 1309 it is in fact a stunning example of Gothic architecture. The medieval time period began around the year 800 and gothic style was popular around that time. Gothic architecture is usually in the form of arches to show majesty light and height, and if that doesn't help then the Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris in France is another example of gothic architecture, and the Brooklyn bridge in New York is another one. I hope this helps.
