What university in the Philippines should I go to if I want to take up architecture?

I'm graduating from Philippine Science High School this April 2010. I've heard UP and UST are excellent in the field of architecture. Both have pros and cons which I don't know of, so where do you think should I study? What are the differences between studying architecture in UP and in UST?
