Is it possible to buy a nice house in a nice city, near beach, in Colombia, for less than 100 000 €?

I mean, a big white house with at least 3 rooms, a big garden, and a roof terrace. With "colonial" architecture style, made of white stone.

1. The style of house you want just exist in Cartagena, Colombia. However, Colonial houses are very expensive, even the small ones can cost 200 000 euros. It would be a bargain if you found a house like that for less than 100 000 euros.
2. I am pretty sure with that money you can buy a pretty nice house. When I lived in Colombia I had a two floor house with 6 rooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 patios, and a 2 car garage, and we sold it for around 94,000 US DOLLARS; and Euros are worth more than US dollars, so I am very sure you can find a nice house. However, I have to note I lived in Medellin, not Cartagena.
3. i dont think so, you can find a big white house with at least 3 rooms, a big garden, and a roof terrace. but colonial architecture makes it a MUCH more expensive, so i dont think so, but who knows? maybe you can find one. you can look for modern apartments ;) in bocagrande, really nice, one of those white buildings with miami style, lost of italians and americans have apartments there, and its very safe and modern ;)
