What those this mean?? Hello friends, sorry for my English, me am Chinese and come to America 1 year ago. me need help with my homework plese. My question is what those this mean? “Relate the role of ancient works of art and architecture to contemporary ideas about national or religious identity”. Thank you my friends. Can someone help me understand this? me just need someone to clear up this question for me. hard for me to understand.

It means explain how very old works of art and architure are related to modern ideas about national or religious culture. I'm not sure which words you can and can't understand, but I hope this helps.

You have to consider if art (paintings, statues etc.) and architecture (temples, castles, churches etc.) from centuries ago, have an influence on how people see themselves as citizens of their country, or as followers of a religion. 2.
