Looking for software architecture tools, applications, storyboard etc.?
I am looking for a software that would ease my application development process. Something that will help me create and connect storyboard and user interaction with an online application visually. to clarify, I'm not looking for app that will dynamically connect sotoryboard with an online app. but rather want a soft that will help me build application from scratch with storyboards and be able to create interactive links between storyboards.

After prototype is done, obviously programmers would implement and convert it into code. There are several ranging from 7k $$ to 79$. Ill lay them out for you. Fastest mock-up software for your online app with 0 learning curve if you are a designer of any sort is 1. Balsamiq costs 79$. you can connect storyboards or sketched pages with hyperlinks. that's it. disadvantage is it has no way to group and Control files in a project environment. 2. ForeUI this soft is 99$ and has more then sketching abilities, it can actually "act -out" the interaction and has project based control. adding design elements and pages and some condition based scripting. also pretty easy. *** More Prototyping inclined software with more build-in scripts and actions are starting at around 500-600$ 1. Microsoft has SketchFlow, which has all the prototyping you need and sketching. Unfortunately it comes bundled only with other microsoft web developing software and costs 599$. soft has high learning curve, not intuitive. 2. AXURE is next on list. perhaps the most well rounded software for software architecture - prototyping http://www.axure.com. It's visual and scripting capabilities is compelling. 3. Borland , this is high-end software, at least in cost. It's about 7,000 USD per license but has lot of functions, features , collaboration etc. all the bells and whistles of different colors and shapes. GL
