Why is manual drawing important for Architecture and Interior Design majors?
Won't AutoCad be better to accurately represent the designer/architect's ideas? Do practicing architects and interior designers hand-draw for clients or is AutoCad easier/more popular?

- To fully understand proportion and perspective. It is quicker and easier to make a quick sketch.
- Your clients would appreciate more if you're good in hand-sketching. In other words, your hand abilities make you an architect. Not to mention creativeness, etc. It would be better to present a computer designed model to your client and do the explanations with your hand-sketching abilities. Try to show it.
- Because its the most basic.
