What catergory of photography would photographs of abandoned buildings/asylums/churches etc. fall under?

Would it be creative, modern, architecture what do you think???

3. Depends on how you handle it. Yes, could be architecture, if you are being strictly and unemotionally descriptive. (and if the structure in question has any architectural features or merit). However, if you are using the building as a vehicle to express mood, then 'creative' would be a better category. Of course, there is a fair degree of subjectivity on the part of both photographer and viewer in making assessments such as this.
