Good laptops for art and architecture software?

It needs to be under $1500 i don't care about the brand as long as it runs on Windows or Mac. I would use it to make floor plans, use for music listening and graphic design.

  1. I use ASUS N53 Series N53SV-XV1. I use AutoCAD and Revit on it, I dont have any problems running it and it renders fast. I dont experience lag when I use the programs, but then again I am only a high school student, so the things i draft and render arent complicated.
  2. There's nothing special needed in a laptop for programming purposes. Any laptop that has at least 2 gb ram and can run windows 7 and has 320gb hdd and has a processor of at least intel core i3 can run any kind of programming IDEs and any related tool. www.electrocomputerwarehouse.com
  3. Very good laptop for it price, super fast, run high end game like a champ. One thing though, got my first bluescreen of death after 20 hours of having this laptop; first, everything went non responsive, then lag, then can't even shut it down, then bam, bluescreen. But I have faith in this, hopefully everything will work smoothly from here on out. I'll post an update after 15 days to tell you how it goes.
