How does it feel for an American, when she or he visits old structures in Europe?
The American culture is similar to many Mid-European cultures in many aspects. Also the modern architecture is related. But for Europeans it is normal to grow up in countries with castles, old palaces, gothic churches and so on. So I wonder how an American feel when he or she travels through Europe and view such buildings for the first time. Amazing, strange, boring, nostalgic? =)

- I believe that depends on the American in question.
- For me, I would be amazed. I'm Indian and I've been to India, so I've seen many temples with beautiful architecture and I can honestly say that I would never be able to stop admiring the beauty:)
- I think different people have different perspective, even they are all Americans.
