Which neighborhood in New Orleans do you think BEST describes the city?
here are some of the neighborhoods. French Quarter Mid City Garden District Warehouse district Gentilly New Orleans east Algeirs Gert town Broadmoor I would say Central City, because it has a little bit of everything new orleans is known for: good resturants, distinct new orleans architecture, crime (sadly to say), and lively people.
