Best 3D software?

I want Architecture, Interior Design and Landscaping in 3D rendering and animation, want sharp clean image, which is best and easier to learn? Maya or Solidwork or???

1. Google recently released a software program to the public that deals with animation. It is called Google SketchUp and is available for free. It is very easy to use and provides several kinds of sharp, clean objects and images.
