What are some Great European pieces of Modern Architecture?
I am studying in Paris, France for 1 year as a senior architecture student. I will surely travel around France and other European countries, but I would really like specifically to see great pieces of architecture, both modern and classical, but more importantly MODERN!!!

- The Pei pyramid in the Louvre. The Jewish Museum, Holocaust Memorial, and Reichstag in Berlin. Downtown Frankfurt (a textbook in the development of the 20th century skyscraper). I don't know how modern, but the Gaudi buildings in Spain probably qualify.
- There are so many, Europe being a big region in itself, but my absolute no. 1 is Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, the Basque country! It's a must for everyone, especially a senior architecture student, which is just a great thing to be, btw... http://www.guggenheim-bilbao.es/ingles/home.htm
